When is my appointment valid?

Online booking is a request. It is valid once reception confirms it — usually the same working day. You get an e-mail.

How do I cancel or move it?

I can't find a suitable time.

Try “Any doctor” or another week. If you need it sooner, call us.

What should I bring?

Insurance card, ID, medical reports, images (X-ray, MRI) and a referral if you have one.

I forgot my password.

Choose “I have an account” and “I forgot my password”. We e-mail you a code.

Is my data safe?

We use your data only for booking and care at our clinic. It is stored securely and not shared.
